"My own path to sovereignty started when I said, 'Enough, I can't do this anymore!'"

April 10, 2020, I made a promise to myself.

I chose to stop pushing, stop abandoning my own needs, and begin listening to what my body and inner knowing had been asking for all along.

At the time, I had spent 20+ years in law enforcement, leading through pressure and responsibility.

I was capable, trusted, and exhausted in ways I didn’t yet have language for. I was also raising triplets and trying to understand the world during a pandemic. What once worked, endurance, strength, pushing through, no longer did.

That promise became the beginning of my return.

Everything I offer now grew from that lived experience. Sovereign Path Alchemy is a body based, intuitive way of guiding women who have carried much and are ready for a different way of living.

A way that honours the nervous system, unconscious patterns, and inner authority, without force or performance.

I am a certified Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming, Time Line Therapy®, and Hypnotherapy, but the heart of this work is not credentials. It is presence, safety, and trust. I do not fix or push. I walk alongside women as they remember themselves.

This work is not about becoming someone new.

It is about coming home to who you already are as you walk on your path to sovereignty.
